Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in this terms and conditions document have the meanings set out below:

• "m8bet" or "Platform" — refers to this website and all services and products offered under it.
• "User" or "You" — refers to any person who has registered or wishes to register on this platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal gaming account created by registering on m8bet.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of funds deposited in your account plus any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits granted by m8bet, which can only be withdrawn after meeting specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — refers to cricket betting, casino games, slots, live gaming, and other entertainment activities.

Plural words used in this document also apply in the singular, and vice versa. The word "includes" is used in a broad sense without limitation.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To use the m8bet platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. m8bet may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time for the purpose of age verification.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, they will be closed and any bonus funds held in those accounts may be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method will also be treated as duplicates.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is opened with false information, m8bet reserves the right to close it immediately. If any of your personal details change, you must notify our support team without delay.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

m8bet currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). New methods may be added or removed in the future.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may occasionally be longer due to verification processes or banking system delays.

3.4 Verification

m8bet may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for this purpose. m8bet reserves the right to place a payment on hold if verification fails or if the required documents are not submitted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳28,000 or more will qualify for the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before any bonus funds can be withdrawn, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting.
• Any misuse of bonus funds will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• m8bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on m8bet are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

5.2 Cricket Betting

A variety of bet types are available in cricket betting markets, such as match winner, total runs, number of wickets, and others. The rules for each bet can be found in the relevant market description. In the event of any dispute, the decision of m8bet management is final.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slots are operated using an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results. The game provider's own terms and conditions apply.

5.4 Suspicious Bets

If a bet appears suspicious or there is a possibility that the outcome of an event was known in advance, m8bet reserves the right to withhold payment pending an investigation. The relevant bet may be voided depending on the outcome of the investigation.

m8bet operates as a safe and reliable platform. We use advanced SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information and financial transactions.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on m8bet are conducted fairly and transparently. No user or third party has any means of influencing game outcomes. We monitor our systems regularly to ensure fair play.

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User Request

8.2 Suspension or Closure by m8bet

m8bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.
• Required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.3 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, m8bet reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings earned.

Limitation of Liability

m8bet will not be held liable for the following:

• Any loss arising from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Financial loss caused by the actions of unauthorized third parties.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other uncontrollable events.
• Any issue arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Personal financial loss or psychological harm resulting from gambling.

In any circumstances, m8bet's total liability will not exceed the real-money balance held in your account at the time of the relevant dispute.
